Bio
Karan Vardhan is a yoga and breathwork teacher from India whose practice is centered on emotional regulation and physical alignment. For the past several years, he has committed his work to guiding individuals through holistic methods that address the deep-seated impacts of stress and mental fatigue on the body.
He specializes in an integrated approach to wellness, combining therapeutic yoga, structured breathwork, and somatic tension relief. Rather than treating physical movement in isolation, Karan uses these practices to target somatic tension, providing practitioners with actionable tools to alleviate chronic anxiety, manage daily stress, and actively restore internal balance.
Currently, he is bringing his experience, presence, and intentional focus to the Mandala project. Operating with a strong belief in collective collaboration, Karan's vision is to work alongside the community to bring out the best in one another and foster a more conscious, connected, and harmonious future.
