Rahul Kumar is a wellness practitioner and yoga expert who holds a formal Master’s Degree in Yoga. Committed to continuous growth, he has completed multiple specialized yoga and wellness courses to deepen his understanding of health and well-being. Outside of his formal practice, his perspective is enriched by a deep connection to nature exploration, adventure activities, photography, and bike riding.
His core purpose is to guide individuals toward healthier and significantly more balanced lives. Rather than addressing health from a singular angle, Rahul integrates therapeutic yoga, mindful living, and positive lifestyle practices to comprehensively enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
